: Mr. Arkin, you and your colleague Scott Vinett recently leased the entire 25th floor of the Empire State Building to Brennan Beer Gorman Architects. Why did you decide to show this space?

MA: I love what ownership is doing with the building. With all of the improvements in the works, it's a great time for new tenants to move there.

: What were the deciding factors for Brennan Beer Gorman?

MA: Our customer wanted a full floor that was bright and efficient. This particular space is very bright, and lends itself well to creative use. The location is also outstanding, with excellent access to transportation and a surrounding neighborhood that is attracting more and more restaurants, retailers, and residential developments.

: What were the leasing negotiations like?

MA: Steve Eynon and his leasing team did everything they could to make the negotiations go smoothly. Steve is a real gentleman and delivered on everything he promised. He is a pleasure to deal with.

: In general, how would you characterize your experiences with W&H?

MA: Very positive. In fact, my partner and I are now looking into leasing opportunities at other W&H properties such as 250 West 57th Street. That's because the leasing process is straightforward, and it's clear to us that W&H wants to get deals done quickly and efficiently. That's good business.
