Tenant satisfaction is a key component of the W&H Properties' value proposition. To ensure that we meet the highest standards of tenant satisfaction, our managing agents always make time to speak to tenants about how we can make our buildings, services and amenities even better.

We recognize, however, that some tenants are very busy, and don't necessarily have time to call or meet with building management on a regular basis. For this reason, we send out an annual tenant survey to all of our tenants. The surveys, which are filled out and sent back via email, include both quantitative ratings and qualitative commentary.

These surveys not only provide an opportunity to share your opinions and suggestions, they also offer the chance to win $250. That's right - each tenant who completes a survey is automatically entered into a raffle to win a $250 gift certificate from American Express.

Our most recent survey was conducted in October. We'll announce the winners soon, so stay tuned for updates from your building management.

The surveys are valuable for the W&H brand as well for the raffle winners. "They're an extremely useful tool," says Richard C. Heller of W&H. "They give us solid statistical measures of how we're doing, and we can compare these measures from year to year. The qualitative feedback helps us improve - or, as is often the case - confirms that what we're doing is on target."

Our staff reviews all survey responses very carefully. Whether the feedback is positive or negative, we pass it on. And if there is negative feedback, we address any concerns immediately.

Of course, there's no need to wait until the next survey to let us know what you think. Our building managers are always happy to listen and take action as necessary. So call or email us or stop by our management offices to share your thoughts. We'll welcome your comments.
