Thanks to the expansion of our property portfolio, we have many more tenants to welcome into the W&H fold. And they have many pleasant surprises in store. As tenants at The Lincoln Building, 1359 Broadway, 501 Seventh Avenue and 250 West 57th Street already know, the W&H brand is synonymous with commitment - to both our properties and our tenants. This commitment to quality is evidenced in the major transformations W&H properties undergo when they join the portfolio. Now it's time for the newest properties in the portfolio - 1333 Broadway, 1350 Broadway, 1400 Broadway, 112 West 34th Street, and the Empire State Building - to experience similar transformations. Capital Improvements Plans for capital improvements programs, totaling a half billion dollars, at all of the new W&H buildings are in the works, and they include upgrades of lobbies, building systems, elevators, common corridors, restrooms and windows. The goal of these renovations is to integrate state-ofthe-art technologies with aesthetically pleasing architecture and interiors. If you want to get an idea of what's in store, stop by the original buildings in the W&H portfolio, cited above, and enjoy their beautiful lobbies and atmosphere of professionalism. You're sure to be impressed. Responsiveness You'll also be impressed by the responsiveness of your new managing agent. Each of our buildings is represented by one of the three top management firms in the city, CB Richard Ellis, Cushman & Wakefield, and Newmark Knight Frank, which believe in and adhere to the motto of W&H Properties - We Perform for You. Their goal is to keep you happy, so if you ever have any question or concern, don't hesitate to contact your building manager. You'll also have scheduled opportunities to give us feedback. All W&H buildings conduct an annual Tenant Satisfaction Survey - in which you rate 42 aspects of your building and management on a scale of one to five. Since all respondents are automatically entered into a raffle to win a $250 gift certificate from American Express, it pays to share your opinions! Rewards We're certain that you'll like the changes at your building, and we hope you'll share your satisfaction with others. If by spreading the word you help bring about a new lease signing, then you can receive a $1,000 American Express gift certificate through our Refer Lease & Win® program. Here's how the process works: When a new tenant enters negotiations in any of the nine W&H properties, without an outside broker, the tenant should notify the building leasing staff that it was referred by another tenant within the W&H portfolio. If the prospective tenant completes a lease and moves into a new W&H property, the referring tenant will receive the gift certificate. Keeping Promises At W&H, we don't just promise quality, we deliver. When we talk about capital improvements, managerial responsiveness, and rewards, we mean what we say. So get ready for some big changes - and get ready to enjoy the results. |
