Close to 500 brokers and other real estate professionals gathered recently to learn more about 1359 Broadway,
501 Seventh Avenue, 250 West 57th Street, The Lincoln Building (60 East 42nd Street), and the International
Toy Center (200 Fifth Ave and 1107 Broadway), the properties which fall under the new W&H Properties brand.
The focus of the evening was on tenant and broker service and the extensive upgrades at the properties.
