Portfolio Challenge a Great Success

Once again, our Portfolio Challenge was a huge success! Each October we sponsor the

Challenge to acquaint new members of brokerage teams, and reacquaint older members, with the progress and offerings in our buildings.

Our fourth annual Challenge brought typical excitement and new exposure: Over 200 brokers took part by touring W&H's nine Manhattan Pre-War Trophy office buildings.

Each broker received a special token from each building they visited. Those who accumulated at least six tokens were able to exchange them for a $100 Apple Gift Card. What's more, Greg Taubin, Studley; Jason Frazier, CBRE; Robert Tanzmann, Cushman & Wakefield; and Benjamin Mohr, Byrnam Wood, received special "wild card" tokens, which translated into free 32G iPad 2s. And, Joseph Harkins of Grubb & Ellis, who visited all nine buildings, won the raffle for a MacBook Air.

"We run this program to bring out brokers, particularly younger members of the brokerage community, for them to visit, see, and learn about our portfolio," says Anthony Malkin, president of Malkin Holdings. "We want them to tour our buildings. The program gives them the incentive to see for themselves the quality, modern, efficient range of opportunities in our properties."

The next Portfolio Challenge will be held in October 2012. All registered real estate brokers are invited to participate. Stay tuned for more information and the chance to win some great prizes!
