We recently moved to One Grand Central Place from 100 Park, across the street. When it came time to look for space, we knew we wanted to stay in the Grand Central area because it’s convenient not only for our commuters from Westchester and Connecticut, but also for those coming from other parts of the city. One Grand Central Place was the right location, of course, but it had other key advantages: We were struck by the very attractive renovated lobby, and the prospect of having a full floor identity on a high floor with great views appealed to us. We anticipate a happy tenancy here.
