At 112 West 34th Street, for the first time in over 10 years, two contiguous tower floors (the 17th and 18th) are available for 2011 possession. The floors, which contain 28,914 square feet and 23,360 square feet, respectively, offer light on all sides and great views - right above the path of the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade!

At 1350 Broadway, the entire 19th floor - totaling 15,098 square feet - offers an ideal layout that can efficiently accommodate up to 25 offices and three conference rooms, with abundant natural light from 63 new high-thermal-efficiency windows on four sides, along with great views of Herald Square.
