Once again, W&H Properties' Pre-War Trophy buildings have been recognized by the Building Owners and Managers Association of Greater New York (BOMA/NY). In February, the Empire State Building and One Grand Central Place received BOMA/ NY Pinnacle awards for Historical Building of the Year and Operating Building of the Year (over 1,000,000 square feet), respectively.
"We have worked very hard to reposition our entire portfolio through reinvestment, upgrades, and improved service to make them what they are today. We are genuinely thrilled that our peers have recognized our efforts," says Anthony E. Malkin, president of W&H Properties. Previous Pinnacle award winners within the W&H portfolio include 501 Seventh Avenue (Renovated Building and Operating Office Building Award in the 100,000 - 499,999-square-foot category), 1359 Broadway (Renovated Building) and One Grand Central Place (Historical Building). |
