Broker appreciation gifts and special events have always been a major component of our mission to be the most broker-friendly landlord in town, along with our commitment to pay 100% of every commission upon lease signing.

Our annual Show, Lease & Win® program continues in 2010 with a new quarterly raffle prize: Bose SoundDock Portable® digital music systems. Be sure to leave your business card each time you show space at one of our properties to be automatically entered into the next Show, Lease & Win raffle.

We also hold periodic W&H Passport Programs, during which brokers can win prizes by visiting at least half of the nine Pre-War Trophy buildings that make up the W&H portfolio. The winner of the last Passport Program, held in the spring of 2009, received a 50-inch Panasonic Plasma HDTV. The next Passport Program will be held in October 2010 - more information to follow.

While we appreciate all brokers who take the time to visit and show space in our buildings, we particularly appreciate those who have completed transactions within our portfolio. To show our appreciation, we are committed to recognizing these brokers by offering year-end thank you gifts to all who do deals with us during the year. Recent thank-you gifts have included Apple MacBooks, Sony Televisions, Bose Home Theatre Systems, and more.

One of our favorite ways to show our appreciation, though, is through our annual -- now famous -- 21 Club event, where we can celebrate the brokers with whom we do business. And this year, for the first time ever, we held a successful event during March Madness for select brokers at the ESPN Zone.

In short, regardless of the economic climate, W&H always recognizes the vital contributions brokers make to our portfolio's success. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to compete for your business. Onward and upward.
