All of the properties in the W&H portfolio continue to enjoy strong leasing activity. Recent highlights include:
- Addison Search, the executive consulting firm, leased 5,877 square feet on the eighth floor at The Herald Square Building (1350 Broadway). Tenant broker: Larry Zuckerman of Grubb & Ellis.
- Aeromexico, Mexico's largest airline, leased a portion of the 11th floor at 112 West 34th Street. Tenant broker: Hunter Kass of CB Richard Ellis.
- Castle Hill Apparel, which supplies ladies' clothing to such big-name retailers as Macy's, Dillard's and JC Penney, renewed its lease for the entire 25th floor of 20,354 square feet at 1400 Broadway. Tenant brokers: Grant Greenspan and Howard Rosenblum of Kaufman Adler Realty.
- Exhale Enterprises, Inc., which operates upscale day spas throughout the country, leased more than 6,000 square feet for its executive offices on the 19th floor at 250 West 57th Street. Tenant broker: Steve Robinson of CB Richard Ellis.
- Goldin Associates, a financial advisory and turnaround consulting firm headed by former city comptroller Harrison J. Goldin, leased nearly 11,000 square feet on the 18th floor at the Empire State Building. Tenant brokers: Charles Borrok and Philip Weiss of Cushman & Wakefield.
- IFG (Innovative Fashion Group), a division of Adjmi Apparel Group, has leased nearly 11,000 square feet on the 22nd floor at 1400 Broadway. Adjmi Apparel Group has designed, produced and distributed to all tiers of retail for more than 27 years. Its portfolio includes such recognizable international brands as Esprit, Reebok, Starter, Shaq, Denise Austin, and Mary-Kate and Ashley. Tenant brokers:

- Mandarin Oriental Management, which operates the well known international hotel chain, has leased approximately half of the 19th floor at 250 West 57th Street. Tenant brokers: Howard Grufferman and Ellen Abramowitz of Grubb & Ellis.
- Northwest Airlines leased a pre-built office unit of 3,200 square feet on the 21st floor at
112 West 34th Street. Tenant broker: Barry Goodman of Newmark Knight Frank.
- Pearson, an international media company, leased a portion of the 16th floor at The Herald Square Building (1350 Broadway). Tenant broker: Richard Berzine of Berzine
& Co.
- ShermansTravel Media has expanded less than one year after its initial move-in to 112 West 34th Street, leasing an additional 4,000 square feet. The firm now occupies approximately half of the 21st floor.
- Tokio Marine Asset Management, which provides investment advisory services for corporate pension funds and other institutional investors and corporate clients,
and offers public investment trusts for individual customers, leased a pre-built suite on the 23rd floor at 60 East 42nd Street. Tenant broker: Connor Denihan of CB Richard Ellis.
