W&H has been busy this spring organizing many events for our tenants and local communities.
First, the ever-popular Girl Scouts' Corporate Cookie Connection, held semi-annually at all W&H buildings, took place on Wednesday, April 19th, to the delight of every tenant with a sweet tooth. The tastiness of the cookies is reason alone to eat them, but there is also a cause: proceeds from the cookie sales support educational and cultural programs for Girl Scouts in New York City. And tenants who aren't cookie fans can buy boxes designated as "Gifts of Caring," which are sent to military men and women on duty overseas. With the help of W&H tenants and other participants, the Scouts raised more than $55,000 during the spring event! W&H buildings are also sponsoring a canned food drive with Young Men's/Young Women's Real Estate Association and City Harvest, which began on May 14th and will continue through June 18th. There's still plenty of time to participate, so please bring in cans of food to donate to the needy. All you need to do is drop them off in your lobby, and we'll take care of the rest. Thank you in advance for your participation. Finally, we've organized several summer concerts to be held throughout the summer in each W&H building lobby for the enjoyment of tenants, guests and visitors (see schedule below for more details). We hope you will stop by to hear the wonderful musicians we've booked for these performances. They're here for your amusic-ment. Summer Concert Schedule
