It was no joke on April Fool's Day, when three brokers learned that they had won Apple i-Pods in W&H's quarterly Show, Lease & Win™ raffle.

Holding their new toys are Joseph Grotto, Jr., senior managing director of Colliers ABR, and Christina Chickey, associate at CRESA Partners. With them are Scott Pudalov (left), executive vice president of CBRE, the managing and leasing agent for 501 Seventh Avenue; Joe Rizzuto (second from right), director, SAS, of Cushman & Wakfield, the managing and leasing agent for 250 West 57th Street; and Michael Frantz (right), director of Newmark, the managing and leasing agent for The Lincoln Building and 1359 Broadway. (The third winner, Roxana Girand, director of Murray Hill Properties, is not pictured.)

The quarterly Show, Lease & Win raffles are open to any broker who shows space in a W&H building and leaves a business card at the premises. An individual broker can enter the drawing without limit, so the more visits to a W&H property, the greater the chances to win. The next drawing will take place on July 1. Good luck!
