We moved to 1350 Broadway in 2007, and we've been very happy here. The building is great for law firms because it has light from four sides, which allows for many windowed offices. It's also centrally located and close to three major transportation hubs, making it easy for us to visit our clients. Our growth plan is very aggressive, and through our recent expansion within the property, we can stay on schedule. The key to that expansion was the flexibility of the landlord — W&H was extremely accommodating in helping us to meet our business goals.
