After a period of expansion, we outgrew our space at One Penn Plaza. Our goal was to find a new space with great views in a Class-A building in a convenient location, and we looked at many possibilities before we viewed the 41st floor at the Empire State Building. We stepped into the space and had a Eureka-type moment - an instant karmic connection. The high ceilings and the views in all directions impressed us, along with the abundance of natural light. And the location is extremely convenient - close to both Penn Station and Grand Central.
