I've been a tenant at 250 West 57th Street for more than ten years, and I've seen many positive changes throughout this time. The whole building has been renovated, with a little bit of the old blended in with a lot of the new, with fantastic results. My colleagues and I were so pleased with the improvements that we expanded within the building, and now occupy a space that is two and a half times the size of our previous office. In addition, The Hearst Building and the Time Warner Center and several high-end residential buildings have been built during our tenancy, completely transforming the neighborhood.
