Although the four-building W&H portfolio has attained occupancy exceeding 95%, our doors are always open for quality, creditworthy tenants. Leasing of the buildings, which include 250 West 57th Street, 1359 Broadway, 501 Seventh Avenue, and The Lincoln Building at 60 East 42nd Street, is based on flexibility, says Fred C. Posniak of W&H.

"Our policy is to stay in close contact with tenants in case their long-term plans change or they have to relocate or expand or contract their space requirements," he explains. "Consequently, when a high-profile firm expresses interest in one of the buildings or an existing tenant is growing, it's usually possible to identify a suitable block of space that will meet the space-seeker's needs.

"Through careful analysis, you can find a way to satisfy every party's requirements," Mr. Posniak continues. "We always have new space that is not on the market available to satisfy a new tenant's needs. In fact, we are working on an important new block of large space right now."

In short, brokers who seek mid-sized space for creditworthy tenants shouldn't hesitate to contact us. High occupancy or not, if the right tenant comes to one of the W&H properties, we'll do our best to find the right space.
