W&H takes the safety of our tenants, visitors and staff very seriously and is constantly upgrading our building security systems as new technology becomes available. One of the most recent improvements took place at The Lincoln Building, where a computerized visitor access system was installed.

The technology makes it possible for tenants to pre-approve their visitors through a web site. When the visitor arrives, the pre-approval is processed at the lobby concierge desk and a badge is immediately printed showing the visitor's name, the tenant being visited, and the tenant's floor number.

"I'm pretty clueless when it comes to technology, but even I thought this was a piece of cake," commented one Lincoln Building tenant. Visitors also appreciated the rapid processing of their information at the concierge desk, now staffed by two professional concierges during all peak business hours.

"The visitor access system makes our security system the smoothest in New York, and that is important to tenants and their visitors," says John Sinon, leasing director for The Lincoln Building. "The nice thing about it is that it also improves efficiency by reducing waiting time and enabling tenants themselves to clear and authorize their visitors."

Lincoln Building tenants who wish to use the system should visit http://www.kastle.com and follow the directions to create a user name. If you have any questions, please call the management office at 212-697-0696.
